Terms of use
Effective July 7, 2026. The rules for using this site and joining early access.
Using this site
This website is provided as is, for information about Medical Billing Cleveland and its products. We work to keep it accurate, but content may change and we make no warranty that every figure or claim is current at the moment you read it. Pricing, features, and availability described here are subject to change until they are fixed in a signed customer agreement.
Early access
When you request early access, you are asking to join a pre-launch program, not purchasing a product. A few things to be clear about:
- No payment is collected today. Requesting early access does not enter a card or create a charge.
- Founding pricing. The prices published on the pricing page are founding prices. If you join during early access and later subscribe, those prices are honored for your account for as long as you remain subscribed, regardless of later list-price changes.
- Pre-launch software. Early access means the product is still being built. Features arrive over time, and some described here may not be available yet. We will tell you what is and is not ready.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach its security, scrape it abusively, or submit other people's protected health information through its forms. We may restrict access to anyone who does.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site are owned by Medical Billing Cleveland. You may read, share, and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Medical Billing Cleveland is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The site is informational; decisions you make based on it, including billing and compliance decisions, are your responsibility. Always confirm payer rules, filing deadlines, and pricing against primary sources before acting.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
