What "included" means here
The add-on fees we do not charge
This category loves a line item. These are real fee patterns from vendors in this market, next to what the same thing costs on any plan of ours.
| Line item | Common in this category | Here |
|---|---|---|
| Data migration | $500 to $10,000 quoted per project | Free on every plan |
| Setup and training | Often billed separately or bundled into "onboarding" | Free on every plan |
| Cloud storage | Metered per GB after a small allowance | Included, unmetered |
| Patient portal access | Charged per user per month | Included |
| Additional client accounts | Charged per client "company file" | Included (unlimited on Billing Company) |
| Percentage of your collections | 4 to 10 percent, common with bundled services | Never. Flat subscription only |
| Cancellation repricing | Dropping a module can reprice remaining ones upward | No repricing games |

Pricing questions
The fine print, out loud
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, even on annual billing, which simply prepays twelve months at the lower rate. Cancel anytime and unused full months on annual plans are refunded. No termination fees, no repricing of anything you keep.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You pick a plan and enter payment details, or you walk away and your data export is free. We do not collect a card up front, so there is no surprise charge on day 31. Early-access accounts keep founding pricing for as long as they stay subscribed.
Are clearinghouse fees included?
Standard electronic claims (837P and 837I), eligibility checks, and ERA retrieval are included in the subscription. Some payers charge their own enrollment or paper-claim fees that no vendor controls; when one applies we show it before you submit, not on an invoice later.
Is there a per-provider charge?
No. Plans are priced by users and client workspaces, not by rendering provider. Per-provider pricing is how suites make a ten-client billing company pay twenty times: 10 clients with 2 providers each on a $213 per provider plan is $4,260 a month. Our flat Billing Company plan is $249.
What does early access mean for pricing?
The prices on this page are founding prices. Sign up during early access and they are locked to your account for as long as you stay subscribed, whatever the list price does later.
