What this covers

This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website, medicalbillingcleveland.com. It covers the marketing site only. Once you are a customer using the product, the terms of your account and our Business Associate Agreement govern how protected health information is handled inside the platform.

What we collect

Only what you hand us and what a normal web server records:

• Form submissions. When you request early access or contact us, we collect the fields you fill in: your name, email, role, current software if you share it, and your message. That is it.
• Basic server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) that any web server keeps for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site, and we do not use cookies for anything beyond making the site function.

How we use it

To reply to you and, if you asked for early access, to set up and communicate about your account. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing, and every message we send has a one-reply unsubscribe.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We share it only with the service providers strictly needed to operate (for example, our email and spam-protection providers), and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

Protected health information

Do not send patient information through this website's forms. The marketing site is not the place for PHI, and our contact and early-access forms are not covered by a Business Associate Agreement. Inside the product, PHI is protected under the BAA that comes with every plan, with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit trails.

Cookies

Functional only. We use the minimum needed to remember your preferences and keep the site working. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through the contact form and we will handle it promptly.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to anyone with an early-access account.
